To set up export locations for the Curator for Adobe panel, you will need both a configuration in CSA and a Mediastore which the CSA config will reference.
The Mediastore should be set up like so.
A few pointers:
EPRPath - This will need to reference the relevant epr file which you plan to use for this export.
if you have multiple epr files for the same location you will be required to create multiple Mediastores for each different epr file.
FileExtension - This is a compulsory key holding the resulting file type of the epr file settings.
In an upgrade from before Curator 3.4 you need to make sure it is added to each custom Media Store like the one above.
Path - This is where the export will be placed once the export is complete, so ensure this is amended as per each Mediastore.
OutputProfile - This references the profile which Device Director will use to export the project. Ensure you have the profile set up in Device Director which references the EPR file required. An example is shown below:
Next, we will head over to CSA.
From the Configuration tab, go to the drop-down and select Curator for Adobe.
Next, select the Default workgroup. You will need to repeat the following steps for any other workgroups you have defined.
On the right-hand pane, go to Export Destinations.
This is where the remaining parts of the export location will be configured so that they can be displayed in the panel.
Use the image below as a point of reference:
A few pointers :
Use the ? icon for handy hints on each individual field.
The Destination Name is what the option will be labelled as within the Curator Adobe panel options.
Configure the Mediastore to point to the Mediastore you configured in the step before.
Once these settings have been configured, the export option should be available via the Curator panel.
It's strongly advised that you test this by exporting a test project using your newly available option and confirming it exports to the set location that you have configured.
Configuring batch exports
Batch exporting is available from Curator 3.3.1 onwards, and should be configured by default. If it has not been configured, it should be set up manually.
You can check to ensure this has been enabled via the Configuration tab in CSA. From here, select Curator for Adobe, then select the Default workgroup. You will need to repeat the following steps for any other workgroups you have defined.
On the right-hand pane, go to Export Process Definitions.
A Combined AME Export with the Process Definition Name Plug In - AME Export should be set up. If this has not been set up, the workflow name will need to be added.
Once this setting has been added, batch export should be available via the Curator for Adobe panel.
