Before you begin to Importing assets from Curator into your Adobe project, you may want to review the default preferences in your Adobe Panel to help streamline the import process from Curator into your Adobe project
Setting import preferences
Navigate to the settings cog (top right) as per Adobe panel explained and select Preferences:

Select Importing to view the import preferences:

Default import type - Select either Proxy (lo-res) or Hi-Res - the selected type will be imported by default when selecting ‘import’ in the Adobe Panel menu. You will have the option in the import menu to reselect an option other than the default setting. How to import assets into an Adobe Project
Download path - If you choose to download the asset during import, provide the folder path of where the asset(s) should download to.
Note: .mogrt files are always downloaded on import and will be downloaded to the path specified here.Enable live markers - When Creating sub-clips or Bookmarks in Logging mode and Logging an asset of the main parent Asset(s) will also, in Adobe Premiere Pro, create editor live marker and clip notes on a timeline on the timeline.
Scale to frame size - Your sequence frame size may differ to that of one/many asset(s) you are importing. Select if you’d like to automatically scale the asset(s) being imported to sequence frame size.
Import as Premiere Subclip - When enabled, this will import any sub-clips or bookmarks belonging to the imported selection as Premiere Pro sub-clips.
Import collections into a sequence - When enabled, this will import the contents of a collection as a sequence in order.
Metadata - Imported assets will have one/many Metadata tags applied. Choose which metadata to import with the asset(s) into your adobe project.
When finished, close the preferences.
