The Adobe panel allows you to navigate and use your Curator stored media in Adobe Software, all from within your adobe software much like you would navigate your media locally. From the panel, you can search for Curator assets and collections, as well as previewing the assets before importing them into your Adobe Project (much like reviewing material in a source monitor).
The navigation of Curator in the Adobe softwares is much the same as Clip Link, so we recommend you review the Searching and viewing assets article for further guidance on navigating your assets through the Adobe panel.
There are four Adobe panels available. This section will walk through all of the features and functions in detail as well as let you know how to install and open the extensions in the workspace, in your Adobe software.

Curator for Adobe - Premiere Pro and After Effects
There are some additional menu functions that are specific to navigating between Curator and your Adobe Project that this section Working with Premiere Pro and After Effects will guide you in with detail. Included are the following:
- Home - Takes you straight back to the home page from anywhere in the panel.
- Folders/Filters - By clicking on the Filter or Folder icons, you can switch between how you view your assets and narrow down search results by selecting asset types to include/exclude from the display.
- Collections and Productions panel - From here you can create and browse collections and productions.
- Profile and help - Instantly access your profile and the help options from here.
- Export - Select your sequence and export this to Curator lo-res or hi-res, with metadata.
- The Adobe panel does allow export to Curator from Premiere Pro but not to Curator from After effects. To achieve export back to Curator from After Effects, users are asked to export locally and How to ingest the exported asset.
- Import - Select your asset(s), collections or folders in Curator and import either the hi-res or proxy (lo-res) version into your Adobe Project.
- Curator sub clips cannot be imported into After Effects
- Connect - After checking out your Production (with assets formerly imported) from Curator, to work with the Adobe Project in Premiere Pro, you may need to select the assets in the Adobe Project (which may appear offline) you want to (re)connect with Curator. from either hi-res, proxy (lo-res), or swap between hi-res and proxy.
Curator for Adobe - Photoshop and Illustrator
The Panel extension placed in a workspace in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Home - Takes you straight back to the home page from anywhere in the panel.

- Upload - Upload images/assets swiftly from through the Panel from an accessible location on your local system.
- Place - Any image asset can be imported as a layer into the active .psd or .ai file opened from Curator to your Adobe software.
- Open - Select your .psd or .ai asset(s) in Curator and open them in your Adobe software, from Curator. The assets can be locked out from Curator. The asset can be duplicated as not to affect the original, or for versioning.
