This article will walk you through how to configure and open the Curator for Adobe panel in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro. Once configured and logged in for the first time, there generally would not be a need to log in to Curator to open the panel again.
When opening the panel for the first time, or when there is an error with the panel configuration or connection, you’ll see a message in the panel ‘Sorry, something’s gone wrong…'
Configuring the panel for the first time
- Select the settings cog top right and select preferences
- Select ‘Configuration’' from the menu
- Ensure the Gateway Host is submitted correctly. If required, ask your System Administrator for more details.
- Select Save
- If logging in for the first time, you’ll be directed to a web browser requesting you log in
- Once you’re logged in, you should see the Curator for Adobe Panel open in your Adobe software
