Overview
This article will walk you through how to configure and open the Curator for Adobe panel in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Once configured and logged in for the first time, there generally will not be a need to log in to Curator to open the panel again.
Steps
When opening the panel for the first time, or when there is an error with the panel configuration or connection, you’ll see a Sorry, something’s gone wrong… message in the panel:

Click the settings cog and select Preferences:
Select Configuration from the menu:
From here, ensure the Gateway Host is submitted correctly. If you need help with this step, ask your System Administrator for more details.
Select Save.
If you are logging in for the first time, you’ll be directed to a web browser requesting you log in.
Once you’re logged in, you should see the Curator for Adobe Panel open in your Adobe software.
