Learn how to create a unique hyperlink for an asset, folder, or collection. The hyperlink generated can be used between Curator users, only. Not, external users.

Share an asset, folder or collecton

  1. Navigate to the asset, folder or collection as per Searching and viewing assets

  2. Select the asset, folder, or collection, right click and select ‘Copy to clipboard > Asset link’

  3. A hyperlink is generated and copied to your clipboard ready to be pasted and shared
