An asset is stored in one folder but can also be linked to multiple collections by multiple users at any one time. Learn here how you can reveal where an asset is stored and referenced.
How to navigate and reveal an asset location(s)

Search for the asset you wish to reveal the location(s) (Searching and viewing assets)

Right click the asset and select ‘Show asset locations’

The asset being navigated will be highlighted in the left pane. The folder the asset is stored in will be revealed in the centre pane as well as any collections the asset resides in.
For example the highlighted asset is:
Stored in folder:
- 'Library
Added to collections:
- Testing collection
- New production
- Creation test
