After installing the Curator for Adobe extension, it's worth checking that all the components have been installed correctly. To do this, open the "IPV Curator for Adobe" tool and ensure that each row is showing as "plugged in". The IPV AME Extension is only required on the remote AME server. 

This is what an item looks like when it hasn't been installed, notice the "unplugged" icon next to the install button:

Simply press the install button and this should resolve the issue. 

Issues such as incorrect aspect ratio, letterboxing, and unwanted black bars can be resolved with the above install from version 1.10.x onwards.
