# Share an asset, folder or collection

Learn how to create a unique hyperlink for an asset, folder, or collection. The link only works for Curator users; people outside Curator cannot open it.

#### Share an asset, folder or collection

1. Navigate to the asset, folder or collection as per [Searching and viewing assets](/docs/searching-for-assets)
2. 3. A hyperlink is generated and copied to your clipboard ready to be pasted and shared
