You may wish to reset your password to ensure you use a different password regularly. Or, prior to login, you may have forgotten your password.

After login

From either the left side menu in the dashboard, or selecting your Avatar from the top right of a web application:

  1. Select Profile.

  1. From the Profile section, select the edit icon next to Password.

  2. Enter the details to change your password.

Before Login

From the login page:

  1. Select Forgot your password?
  2. You will be greeted with a page to recover your password:

  1. Submit the email address used to register your account.
  2. Select Send recovery link.
  3. The email address you submitted should receive an email titled Password recovery:

6 From the email you received, select the Recover password button.
7. A browser page should open with the Reset Password tool ready. Confirm the username is the same as the email address submitted.

  1. Fill in a new password.
  2. Select Reset Password.
