Your administrator will provide you with a personal domain link to log in. It will look something like this: [https://personal-domain.ipv.com/CuratorGateway](https://personal-domain.ipv.com/CuratorGateway) If you’re a system administrator and need to set up a personal domain (client), please see [Clients explained](/docs/clients-explained). #### Logging in by email address If your account has been set up by your system administrator to log in via an email and password, from your domain: 1. Fill in your email address. 2. Fill in your password. 3. Select **Log In**. ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/c173e68f-0609-4297-9277-0fc5c6b45db7/Images/Documentation/image-O9TFXXA8.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-26T11%3A18%3A58Z&se=2026-10-26T12%3A18%3A58Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=gDYu22AJmeXuxko2JyWSdPBD%2BGij5X3p1NIiwymqAnk%3D) #### Logging in by Active Directory If your account has been set up to log in with your company's Active Directory account, then please log in with the same credentials as you would for all other services through your company's Active Directory. For more information, please speak to your system administrator. 1. Select **Log in using Active Directory**. 2. Fill in your email address. 3. Fill in your password. 4. Select **Log In**.
